It's been a while since I've posted, but this time it's not just because I'm lazy. To give you an idea of what life has been like around here, it's two o'clock in the morning on a Saturday and I just finished painting one of the bathrooms. A few weeks ago we entered the get-everything-done-before-the-baby-is-born phase. A lot has happened in the past few weeks and I'll try to give a quick recap, but I'm sure I'll miss some stuff.
In no particular order...
- Finished physical therapy for my shoulder. The pain is mostly gone and physical activity no longer aggravates it.
- Fission once again managed to sneaks its way into qualifying for regionals.
- Went to Hershey Park, but somehow managed to not make it on to a single ride.
- Went camping with Adam, Erin, James, Stef, and Ed. Found out that Stef's cousin is Zip!
- Picked up the extension kit for the shed — we'll be putting it together next weekend.
- My aunt came down to visit. This is really only notable because it's part of the conspiracy to prevent me from going to a roller derby bout.
- Saw Joel Spolsky at the FogBugz World Tour with Doug. His description in the opening paragraph is very accurate.
- Waiting impatiently for jQuery UI. When it finally came out, it was missing the feature I had been waiting for. Ask and you shall receive.
